Polyoxyl Oleate’s primary ingredients were monoesters of polyethylene glycol and diesters. Palmitic Acid palmitoleic Linoleic Safflower Acid, oleic Acid, monoesters, diesters and oleic acids made up the majority of fatty acid components. Polyoxyloleate-oleate-460 had a different extent of polymerization than Polyoxyloleate-860. UHPLC-HRMS was employed to determine and analyze the structure Polyoxyl oil. It contained the Polyethylenegl Monoester (described in Pharmacopoeia) and Diester. However, it also had a few monomers of polyethylenegl that weren’t esterified.
