5A Molecular Sieve refers to calcium-A type silicon aluminate. Any molecular particles that can be absorbed by 3A and4A molecularsieves, may also be absorbed by the 5A.

5A molecular sieve means calcium type silicon aluminate. 5A molecular seve can only adsorb molecules that have a diameter of 5A or less. Any molecules, which are not easily adsorbed by the 3A and 4-A molecular sieves, may also be attracted by the 5A type.
Selective adsorption can separate righteous and branched chains hydrocarbons.
