Spherical Aluminum Dust

Properties:Highly powdered, smooth, with few satellite balls, low oxygen and uniform particle size distribution. High bulk densities and high tap densities.

Useful Process:Powder works in laser/electron bead additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), metallurgy powder (PM) or other processing.

Useful equipment: The powder is compatible with many types of metal 3D printing machines, including Renishaw UK, EOSINT M Series in Germany, Concept Laser, USA 3D Systems, Laser Melting Equipment, domestic research institutes and companies. Engineering and design of certain laser melting tools, including Platinum, Huaying, Hi-Tech and so forth.

Applications: Aluminum-based metallic powder is widely used in aero parts, automobile parts, profile surface spraying and powder metallurgy.

Product specifications: 0-45 μm, 0-53 μm, 15-45 μm, 15-53 μm, 45-105 μm. (All kinds of granular metal powder can be customized according to customer requirements)
